UAB Mobile Simulation’s virtual reality offerings replicate real-life medical situations, allowing for practical training in a variety of clinical scenarios.

UAB Mobile Simulation is thrilled to announce the availability of Meta Quest 2 and 3 devices for use with our partners. These devices bring virtual reality (VR) simulations directly to you, allowing for practical training in a variety of medical scenarios.

VR technology creates computer-generated environments that replicate real-life medical situations.

Available VR modules include: 

  • Emergency Care: Hospital ACLS, Stroke 
  • Operating Room: Malignant Hyperthermia 
  • Labor & Delivery: Maternal Code, Maternal Sepsis, Pre-eclampsia
